This machine is suitable for brushing coral fleece ,flannel and high pile fabric, also suitable for brushing polar fleece.  

Feature:

1.Adopted 8 sets of inverter “danfoss” to control the speed of drum, brushing rollers, guiding rollers, the performance of machine is controlled by PLC “Simens”, operation by touch screen.

2.Processing parameter set up during operation, zero start, auto fabric feeding and reversing function. 

3.Adopted gear type drum and nylon gear transmission to brushing roller.

4.Drum is driven by motor ,V-belt and chain. Brushing rollers are driven by gear reducer and guiding rollers are driven by worn gear reducer.

5.Adopted big diameter (76mm) of brushing roller and higher driving power to meet all kinds of fabrics.
